 Institute of Health & Family Welfare under the Department of Health & Family Welfare, Govt. of West Bengal is going to conduct a Workshop on “Good Clinical Laboratory Practice (GCLP)” offline  for the Faculties, Post Graduate Trainee (PGT) / Senior Resident (SR) of Department of Pathology, Bio-Chemistry, Micro-Biology, Hematology, Laboratory Medicine and any other Lab. Oriented subject.

Important Notes

• The registration will be done on a first come first serve basis. Those who have already registered and paid the fees for the cancelled batches do not need to register again. They will be included in the present batch. If the present date is inconvenient for any of the participant please send a mail to ihfwkolkata@gmail.com. You will be allotted a seat in the next batch.               
• Training enrolment's last date is 15th January 2025, up to 12:00 p.m.
• The fee charged per candidate is Rs. 2000/- (non-refundable) including Logistic Support, Breakfast, Working Lunch, Evening Tea and Certificate of Participation.
• The training registration will start at 09:30 am. Tentative Time for Training: 10:00 am - 5:00 pm. 

• All other previous dates announced for the GCLP training hereby stands cancelled due to non availability of participants.

• Passport-size photograph.
• Certificate of medical registration.
• The application for training duty forwarded by the Head of The Institute.(Principal or HOD any one)
